Genre: Urban Arts, a Milwaukee based publishing group that supports urban contemporary artists and writers by providing publishing opportunities both digitally and in print as well as exhibiting and performing opportunities in the community, in partnership with True Skool (a 5o1c3 based in Milwaukee, WI) is preparing a Special Edition edition issue that examines the need for deeper economic investment in Creative Arts Education and youth programs.
