Walls are Broken, Names Remain

Wall scrawled with names

Past people who came

Left a memory took another

So that I may uncover

Those with friends and lovers

Mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers

Lakes so blue

Casting reflections of me and you

Watching the waves crash

Distorting ripples splash

Against our dreams

Falling from our eyes in streams

Wait until it gets better

Feel the sunny weather

Winds so cool

Convincing you to jump in the pool

Dive deep into your desires
