I’m surprised to see how people change
From the elegant flowers to the painful thorns
From the reason of our smiles to the saddening frowns
From building us up to breaking us down
From saving us from sinking to letting us drown
I’m surprised to see how people change
From daymakers to heartbreakers
From life givers to soul takers
From genuine mankind to sickening fakers
I’m surprised to see how people change
From best friends to known strangers
From our safety locks to threatening dangers
From being with us to letting us linger
I’m surprised to see how people change
See everyone will go
And it will be only you at the end
Nothing lasts forever
Neither family nor a best friend
You can’t just cry about it all the time
Lying lifeless on the floor
Letting your heart to be played with more
Everything is temporary:people,thoughts,
emotions and scenery
Do not become attached let life flow
Cuz everything that breaks you
alleviates your glow
