Always There

I stand amazed at the sky, and how the colors change as the evening tide.

I stand amazed at how we all go through lows and highs at different times in our lives

Like bright yellow clouds, we have happy, pleasant or even joyful moments

Like dark grey clouds, comes saddened, depressing, mournful, troubling moments

“Why am I going through so much stuff?” we cry, “There’s no one to even wipe my eyes”

Like shadowed buildings "I’m just existing! Don’t know why I’m here, I don’t matter"!

Like shadowed buildings "No one cares! I’m just here, can’t you see?”

Then the white clouds emerge, not in abundance, but just enough

And from it comes HOPE saying in a soft but clear voice “My child, My child?!” says the Lord! “I see you and I care! I made you in my image, you are beautiful inside and out!

I love you, I feel your pain. Turn to me and I will give you peace, joy and everlasting life!

Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard the great things God has in store for those who love him!”

He loves you so much, he sent his son to die for you. No matter what you have done, or how bitter you feel, he is able to heal your heart and "wash away" our sins, uncover all my darkness and make us whole again.

What about the water drops on the window, Lord?” I asked, “I sent rain to refresh you, rejuvenate you and give you a shower of blessings.” Like the clear window, God can see right through you. “So God” I asked, “You mean ALL this time you’ve been right here with me and I never had to bare all this pain alone? So all I had to do was just call on you, talk to you like a best friend?” “Oh yes!” he said. “I love you so much, I CANNOT FORCE YOU, SO I GIVE YOU A CHOICE, to come to me and call on me all by yourself! True love does not FORCE itself on someone they love” But if you are ready, SO AM I”

“Wow”, I said! “I thought I could hide and could make it on my own. But I’ve come to find that even in the storm, when dark clouds rise and stormy winds blow, I know someone cares, sees me and knows me. He loves me just the way I am. He is longing for a relationship with me, to pour his love on me, I just have to say ‘Yes, Lord, I accept you as my personal Lord and savior, just as I am”

You have PROMISED never to leave me, nor forsake me. I don’t know what will come my way tomorrow, but I know THAT SO LONG YOU ARE ALWAYS THERE, I will be alright! I do not have to go through this alone.”

“I will give you a chance, God,” You are only a prayer away! I want to know you, love you and never want to be alone again. God, I know you are always there!
