Neighborhood

Today, I took a walk around my neighborhood; I live in the 53218 area. Most of all I have noticed I live in a genuinely nice area with good people. My neighbors and I do a great job by keeping the area clean. We all take turns picking up the area and keeping our yard in good shape. Everyone put work into our neighborhood to prevent creatures from living in the area and most of all to keep a good impression on visitors and potential homebuyers looking to purchase houses in the area. Most of all, no one likes living in filth.

My brother died on July 23,2015 a day that I will never forget. My heart was shattered. I have never lost someone so close to me before it felt like someone had taken my heart away from me. Once I saw the hurt in my mom and sibling’s eyes it hurts even more. And from that day forward all I could do was think about how this was going to impact our family and how the situation broke our family into pieces. moving on without him by far has been the hardest part. Seeing the hurt in my mom eyes I knew I had to put my big girl panties on and be strong for my mother and accept that this is the life that we live, it has been a rough journey but we are better now a family that prays together stays together.

Peace, Justice,  and Reconciliation

Putting me first and self-love give me peace. I find myself putting myself in space where I manifest things I want in life. I pray every step of the way to encourage positivity around me. To redirect my feelings of negativity, bad energy, my attitude, anything I always pray and give it to God.  Prayer keeps me sane.

Leader In Me

Being a leader is an individual that monitors, motivates, and leads groups of people in the right direction. Someone who is caring, respectful, honest and shows trustworthiness. I think it is hard to find leadership in today’s world due to certain situation being stressful. Some people are also just not a people’s person. A lot of people don’t have the courage to tell other what to do and how to do it.
