Gwendalynn is Black/multiracial, gender non conforming, they/them just doing their best to exist.
They derive much of their subject matter of their poems from their eclectic undergraduate studies around neuroscience, astrophysics, and existentialism. Currently they are studying for their M.A in Philosophy at Marquette University, and continuing to develop their interests around discussing colonialism and colonialism as a matter of communal trauma and communal mind.. They write and perform poems and had their first full length collection "A Bruxist Manifesto"by Really Serious Literature in 2021. Are they a poet? Debatable. Really they just want to write interesting things and design their own tattoos.
