Peace. Peace.

Find your own piece of peace.

Look to the tree tops and see how still

Gaze at the silhouette against the sky

The limbs sway gently in tandem with the breeze

Resilient, yet pliable - knowing when to give and when to take

Be as the limbs of the tree

Go with the flow of the elements around you

Sway gently against resistance and let it float over you

Harbor love and trust and care in your bosom

Peace. Peace. 

Find your own piece of peace.

Look at the sparrow and soar on the wind

The winds that fluctuate and could change your course

She is small, yet powerful in her way

Allow these winds of change to guide your wings

Using them to your advantage to get where you need to be

There is no struggle - there is no fight

She simply does what Nature intended

She uses her resources to fulfill her needs and she soars and she soars

Peace. Peace.

Look at the blades of grass

That keep growing lush and strong

Persistent and proud

Reaching towards the sky

Ever reaching towards the sky

Gleaning nourishment from its environment

No matter how many times it is trimmed

It persists and grows taller and taller

To be seen and to be used for a purpose

That also is a lesson to us - persist in your passions

Grow taller and stronger to be seen and to be used for your true purpose

Look at the flowing stream

Listen to the bubbling and the racing water

Imagine where it goes

What it sees

What it touches

What it feels

Imagine floating weightless and allowing yourself to be carefree

Weightless and flowing like the stream

No cares

No worries

Flow and shape the world around you in your own way

Make your own quiet sound and leave your own slight mark

Flow and be at peace
