Ariana Vaeth is a Baltimore raised artist focused on personal narrative.  Attending the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, she fulfilled an exchange program at the Maryland Institute College of Art.  While completing domestic exchange, Vaeth continued her interest with the figure and methods of oil painting.  Though Vaeth grew up in Baltimore, she comes of age in Milwaukee. Her work revolves around the moments experienced as she travels into Womanhood.

Focused on the melodrama of her life, she takes advantage of the broad history of the figure from Renaissance composition to movie posters and comic books layouts.  We are the protagonist of our lives.  Vaeth publishes its labyrinthine of beauty and absurdity.
