What does it mean to reflect? This mix moves beyond genre and tempo to provide an introspective look at the ways we reflect. In the creation of the mix, I tried to create a mix that plays with instrumental reflections, and reflections with words. Struck by the stereotypes of mindfulness or reflection as a silent practice it inspired me to create a mix that looks at reflection in music.
