Ican’t say “no”
thoughit’s all too easy
tolie back like a broken doll
andbe stitched and sewed up
Act2
I(em)bedded a poem last night
betweenporous sheets
andunfolding skin
Act3
froma whisper 2 a moan
hiscold touch
tripping
down
my
spine
intoplaces
outsidethe realms of memory
Act4
somepeople like the unknowing
theyrevel in surprise
it’snot the truth that matters
it’sthose blessed lies
Act5
lookinto my eyes,he says,
kissingme as if the world
hadjust begun
holdingme as if the world
werecoming to an end
Iwish I could forget the future
I wish I could foresee the past
